Hee hee. I've got Polarity, but I'm not good enough to make the game work right! I have a heckuva time getting the disks to float.

This might be one that I do at a con where someone who knows the game can do the demoing while I talk..

Nice :-)
Polarity seems to have a lot of questions from people with the game. It would be great to see this game explained in video!

Hmm, for other hosting solutions... you could try ourmedia.org, which doesn't recompress your videos (in which case, it should be the same quality as what you have on your university network). I've also found dailymotion.com to have *slightly* better quality than youtube and google video, but most of these video sites will have approximately the same quality because of their resizing and recompression into Flash. From what I've read, newer versions of Flash (8, and the upcoming 8.5) have better quality, but these sites haven't begun using them yet.

I really enjoy these video podcasts. Just enough information to allow me to see if it's something I'd enjoy. Very well done. Keep up the good work.

Awesome. This blog is the most significant development in the boardgaming community since podcasting.

I can't wait for your future episodes - even though I can't stand Hoity Toity.

Loved the opening sequence, Brilliant!... I know you are looking to only briefly cover the games to give people a taste but I would prefer a little more content about each game.

Superb work Scott...

Excellent introduction to the game. Also feel that for a medium to heavy weight game a few more minutes would be quite acceptable.

Not sure about the hat though :)

Excellent!

For new gamers, I suppose the idea is to expose them to a wide spectrum of accessible yet rich games.

For existing gamers, I think we'd all like to see games that we don't know much about first-hand. So for me, this would be: Alexandros, Triumvirates, Goa, Kreta, Medici, Royal Turf.

Personally, Scott, I would even enjoy a more in-depth description of the games if you wanted to make longer episodes. It could work as if you are trying to fully teach the game.

Looking forward to your next one.

OMG!

You are truly putting the geek into boardgamegeek!

Keep it up, I think it's great.

I'd like to see you look at 7 Ages, Indonesia, or El Grande in a future episode. These are all games in my collection I am yet to play.
